San Diego Hills is the first memorial park in Indonesia:
Its rolling, green hills and landscaped gardens make it look more like a park
than a cemetery. There is nothing scary or spooky about San Diego Hills.
Burial in San Diego Hills is permanent. Families do not have to pay
again, after every two or three years. A person will remain buried forever at
no extra cost.
There is only a one-time maintenance fee, which is already included
in our price. Families do not have to pay again for security, beautification,
and grounds maintenance.
Ownership is transferable. When the burial space is purchased and
paid in full, San Diego Hills will issue a certificate of ownership which
permits the owner to use the space, or to authorize someone else to use it, or
to sell the space to someone else. The burial space may be resold at whatever
price the market will bear.
